Expanded graphite packing is made of expanded graphite yarn, braided into flexible packing. The combination of easy braided packing installation with the proven sealing capabilities of expanded pure graphite makes PLS-870 the most effective sealing solution available.

Expanded graphite packing can be used to seal hot water, high temperature and pressure steam, heat transfer fluid, hydrogen gas, ammonia, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, cryogenic liquids, etc, except fewer strong oxidizer. It is a unique and universal sealing packing.
